Kannoji Temple is located just north of our house on Mt. Kabutoyama. The view was quite spectacular. A large group of young school children made our visit even more interesting!

For 20 yen, visitors have the opportunity to take a swing at the temple gong. We couldn't pass up the opportunity (we watched what other people did first just to be sure we were allowed to do it!)
