Well, Chris outdid himself AGAIN! After a very exciting game of "The Amazing Race -- Nishinomiya" I was the first team to arrive at the final pitstop making me the winner of a trip for 2 to Yakushima (Yaku Island) for a romantic 3rd anniversary celebration!
Little did I know that time off from work had been secretly arranged and I was to be whisked away early the next morning! Ahhhh!
We had a great 4 days on the volcanic island and enjoyed relaxing in the onsen (hotspring) and taking in the gorgeous landscape. This island has the oldest cedar tree in the WORLD! Wow.
